SHIPPING TIMELINE:
PROCESSING TIME - before any Order Ships
You Agree to the following
1-3 Business Days (Monday-Friday are operating business days Excluding weekends and Holidays) if your order includes “Custom made items” the processing time is 3-4 Business Days Before the order Ships. Your processing day starts the Morning after your order is placed during the Business week
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and or any life occurrences all delays in processing orders will be emailed and or announced via IG Social Media Page @charm_cartel via our Feed and or Story.
During this time orders are:
Verified (Address Verification within our shipping database)
*It’s your responsibility to confirm the address listed is current. We love you to pieces but packages not received due to incorrect mailing details will not be covered by The Charm Cartel. You are held responsible for any claims you need to file via the shipping carrier insurance (if it applies) and or additional Reship Fees if returned package is sent back to my return address on file.
Security Verification (verification rating under our Fraud Analysis detector which protects you the Buyer and the Store Owner) Automatic Refund if orders are Medium to high Alert using the Report Data
Inspection & Secure Packaging of Order (we make sure we wrap items to survive rough transits from the Cartel to the Customer)
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Due to the nature of Goods, Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information based on the weight criteria, shipping zone, and Carrier choice. All Shipping options will appear at the checkout. The Shipping Fee Price Range is:
$5.55-$12.00 (We cover any additional shipping fees outside the amounts listed if it applies) Keep in mind we often use boxes for orders that may or may not fit inside your mailbox.
We made sure to include a range of shipping options via USPS and UPS. It is your responsibility for any loss and or stolen mail. We advise which option is uninsured verses insured. It is your responsibility to file any insurance claims via the USPS, UPS or Encased Order Protection. We are more than happy to link you to how to file a claim if you need our assistance.
Shipping Timelines Once it leaves my Possession:
1. USPS - Please use this link to verify the proper Shipping expectations from the carrier selected at the check out
2. USPS First Class Mail (3-5 Days excluding Sundays and Holidays)
3. USPS Priority Mail (Guaranteed in 2-3 days based on shipping zone)
4. UPS Ground (1-4 days based on shipping zone)
The USPS uses the term "zones" to describe the actual distance a domestic shipment must travel. Zones range from Zone 1 (local) to Zone 9 (very far away). A zone is determined by the "ship from" zip code as it relates to the "ship to" zip code.
What About my Tracking Number?
When your shipping label is generated, automatically a confirmation email from our Shipping Software (Ship-station) that includes your tracking number and or expectation on when to start tracking packages is sent to email on file.
*We do not offer Shipping Price Adjustments for duplicate orders. We encourage all orders to be placed at once to avoid multiple shipping fees and overages. Charm Cartel has the right to Combine multiple orders together for the convenience of Order organization and management even if multiple shipping fees were paid.
